At the time, it felt like a cruel curse — a dark, disorienting shift that left more questions than answers. But looking back now, I’m thankful for it. Because what began as chaos became clarity. It forced me to unlearn, relearn, and infinitely deepen my knowledge of health, sovereignty, and the power of nature.

It started with a few holistic wellness accounts on Instagram — simple, ancestral practices I had never seen promoted in mainstream spaces. From there, the algorithm took over, and I found myself immersed in a digital underground of healers, homesteaders, holistic parents, and practitioners who were living outside the matrix — and thriving. That community didn’t just inspire me. It changed me. It reminded me of what we’ve lost, and what we can still reclaim.

Mommy’s Natural Helpers was born not just to nourish children, but to empower the mothers and fathers raising them — with remedies that work, ingredients you can trust, and a philosophy that says: you don’t need permission from the system to take control of your family’s health. The answers aren’t in a prescription pad or a prime-time headline — they’re in your intuition, your ancestry, and your everyday choices. We’re just here to guide you back to what’s always been yours — to shine a light on what’s been forgotten.

This mission is personal. Years before all this, in 7th grade, I was brought to a psychiatrist because my teachers said I couldn’t focus. The solution? Adderall. At first, it made me productive — focused, even. But by high school, the side effects were too much. I was only sleeping two to three hours a night. My nervous system was shot. So they gave me Xanax to help me sleep. One pill to speed me up, another to slow me down. That was the introduction to the system: label the child, medicate the behavior, and never ask why. I didn’t need prescriptions — I needed space, movement, nourishment, and connection.

Now, as a family, we’ve chosen a different path — one grounded in nature, simplicity, and truth.
